I am glad you're up to date now though. It would have looked a *lot* worse if your blog had been hacked. I vaguely remember the sitemap plugin giving me issues as well, but the latest version of it worked a charm. It does have a few eccentricities though. Anyway, I'm very glad you upgraded! Ouch!
