I'm sorry I missed it to offer an alternative view of being a TC on webmaster support group.  Shame also that Auto had dropped off at that point as he would have said that he was actually removed from the group for losing his cool repeatedly.  There are inherent reasons why TCs can come across as rude at times, the chief one being that they get the same questions over and over.  That's not a fault of the posters, but really an indictment of how Google provides information.  Search was broken there for yonks, and still to this day is poor (which must be embarrassing for Google you'd think).

Some nice discussion on international sites, which is also an area I've had a bit of experience with.

I'm in Dublin for a few weeks and hopefully can join next week.
