"I liked this blog and do not have any reason for post my comment here." are you serious??? It's like they didn't even attempt to make it relevant.
I am curious about what you say here: "Google will likely start ignoring blog comments", how will Google be able to differentiate between blogs and regular sites?

Hey.
we got a "cease and desist" from these numpties today too. they came a spammin' to our blog, attempted to drop the lamest of lame comments trying to deep link to "Guaranteed Houston SEO" :)
we nofollowed and changed the link to point to their domain, told them what they had done wrong and gave them a chance to repair the damage, and the numpties only went tried (another one liner) doing the exact same thing 3 hours later.
then a few days ago the idiots left an abusive message in the comments and got themselves tagged again by Woopra, (email and IP) and were back again this morning with their legal nonsense.
the difference is that with Woopra we can and will prove exactly who did what and where and we'll publish screenshots too if they persist.
so we told them where to poke their lame-ass legal threats and if they don't apologise they'll be getting their own special post like you made for them here
Will link to you as proof of their serial spamminess :)
muchos regards from Ibiza
