What are you trying to imply with the listing of the errors? Are these errors vital (for what/whom)? Which ones should be fixed first? Which ones influence SEO (and does a site like that really need to be SEOed)? I constantly have issues with government agencies websites here, it's probably the same all over. With nobody really responsible (or interested) it's close to impossible to get them to change anything. Sigh.
