The great thing I’m reading from this is that the top brains in Irish SEO are seeing the big picture. It’s all about the conversion really – traffic means little or nothing unless it converts.

Four and a half stars out of 383 reviews on amazon, don’t get much better than that.

We all agree usability and converion improvment are 100% interlinked anyhow yets so these two books are indeed in the same ‘field’, right?

Expressions change very quickly when they figure out who I am

Read Dont Make Me Think many times over at this stage.

Yeah – will keep looking until the right place comes along.

Be careful or it will take up all your time ;)

In my opinion there is only one book that stands out in this field:
http://www.amazon.com/Dont-Make-Me-Think-Usability/dp/0789723107

I’ll lend you my copy when you get back.

And apart from their website, that fitzwilliam place looks great. Good luck with that.

Initial view after 40 odd pages wasn’t fantastic, but warming to it now.

I’ll report back after I’ve read it.

Most books in this category are a complete b***** or full of non-sense for the Irish market.

Maybe someone ‘tipped’ them off, maybe the designer is amoung your readers.

Speaking of conversion improvement – I’ve recently ordered a book especially on the topic called ‘Call to Action: Secret Formulas to Improve Online Results’. Looks decent with some good reviews on Amazon.

Designer might need to take a look in the mirror however…
