If you're considering using Moniker/SNapnames for any domain related business think twice.  Most users have been locked out for about a week now, and they act like nothing is wrong. Obviously their culture is the main problem.

When I tried to report the problem I was asked to create a support case. You have to log in to create cases, ergo…  Then they ask for screenshots of the issue – login attempts simply redirect to their homepage.
